At Amour and Eros, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
General Return/Exchange Process
1. To initiate a return, contact us through our website's contact form, including your order number.
2. Once approved, we'll provide our return address.
3. Return the item within 7 days, following our instructions.
4. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
5. Please note: You're responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in China.
6. We'll inspect returned items within 3-5 working days and process your refund or exchange.
Important: Always contact us before returning any product. Direct returns without prior contact will not be accepted. Email us at amouranderos.customerservice@gmail.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
Our return policy allows 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return. Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package. Contact us for the correct return address.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. This allows us to evaluate and rectify the situation promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
To be eligible for return/exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging and tags
We cannot refund items that appear worn, washed, or altered. Replacement or exchanged items are non-refundable.
Refunds/Exchanges
After receiving and confirming your return meets our conditions, we'll process your refund/exchange within 5 business days. We'll notify you via email when:
1. Your return package is received
2. The refund is processed

Delivery Issues
Amour and Eros is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer negligence (e.g., refusal of shipment, incorrect address information). No refunds will be provided in such cases. If you notice incorrect order information, contact us immediately with your order number and correct details.
Remember, all return shipments are at the customer's expense to our central warehouse in China.
